A delightful sunroom with a day bed to sit and relax and enjoy the view of the farm paddocks and beyond is a big perk! A fully equipped, light-filled kitchen with gas cooking and large dining table is suitable to cater for the whole family. A separate lounge area features a TV and your choice of cosy wood heating or gas heating. One sparkling bathroom with separate bath and full laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer completes this property as a home away from home. The property is surrounded by farm fencing, to ensure uninterrupted views of the surrounding farms land. We require a copy of driver's licenses of all adult guests and booking deposit. Only once all of this has been received, will booking be confirmed. Do I need to pay a bond? Yes, a security deposit (bond) will be required on booking of $500. Keys will not be issued unless credit card details have been provided as a surety procedure. Management reserves the right to increase the bond to $1000 in some instances. What happens if the property owner cancels my booking? Cancellations can occur by owners of properties, and we understand that this can be unsettling, please just be aware properties are individually owned and they may be cancelled due to repairs, modifications or protect the wellbeing of the community. If the booking is cancelled by us, you would be eligible for a full refund minus the booking fee.
